Bug Description

ACTUAL RESULTS:-
When you let the app create your bento and a certain side dish in your bento is sold out, the item can not be remove.

EXPECTED RESULTS:-
Side dish should be able to remove.

Reproduction Steps

• Launch the app.
• Schedule a delivery at "Fri 02/05, dinner".
• Let the app create the bento, create a lot of bento(as for me i created 3 and at the 4th one which i cannot proceed).
• Tap a side dish, notice that the side dish is "Sold out" and it does not remove the dish if the user wants to.

@vcardillo cannot verify the issue, selecting the QTY of the side's as 0 will still allow the user to add the side to the bento, even after 30 minutes( http://bugs8.gatserver.com/uploads/457ee4f60b5f09915294270ef887f2df.jpg ) , tapping the We're sold out button from the backend side and selecting the ASAP option will redirect the user to the Preview menu, selecting the schedule a delivery option and tapping the Accept button will crash the app - #412
