Outlook Profiles and Signatures

I recently began using this tool to migrate profiles. One of the locations we migrated, did not appear to migrate multiple profiles or signatures for Outlook. In this use case, they select a profile when opening Outlook, and a user may have anywhere from 2 to 12 signatures. (Don't ask me why, I just discovered it after the fact) I tried digging into USMT documentation to see if its a limitation but found nothing.

So I'm trying to determine whether this is a limitation but not clearly documented, or is there a switch or setting needed to move Outlook.
