Suggestion is to follow the template here and add a code signing step to GitHub Actions, or perhaps see if there's a built-in code signing step that would work.

Self-signing now works, but notarizing hasn't been implemented yet. Everything points to having to renew my Apple Developer's Cert to get notarizing to work, and I've been putting off spending the money.
