Describe the bug in current situation
When a user logs in using a BCSC Login and no account is associated with the login, the Businesses Registry Home page displays a button labeled Login to my BC Registry Account. This button can be misleading, as the user is already logged in.

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to 'https://dev.bcregistry.gov.bc.ca/'
2. Create/ Login to a new BCREG user with no accounts
3. On the My Business Registry Home page Observe the "Login to BCREGISTRIES user" button.
4. See error
