mrsk server bootstrap hanging on docker install?

I'm currently running mrsk 0.14.0 via the docker method, I've set up 3 fresh ubuntu servers on digitalocean, and ran mrsk server bootstrap to initialize them. It hung for ~20 minutes here:

I've run that docker install before on the same size server and it only should take 2 or 3 min.

After killing and running again, it now hangs here:

Any idea how I can debug further? I can ssh into the machines fine and docker is not installed on the 167.71.191.203 machine.

I think it could have to do with the password on my key? Running mrsk setup I was getting 127:

But when I removed the password and did this on new nodes, it worked fine after getting a few 127s about the apt lock, but it at least told me why and didn't hang

I bet the triple ask it shows with bootstrap is it needing it 2 more times actually...
