Some issues with print status screen

Running on a KE:

1. Volumetric extrusion rate numbers are overlapping the icon
2. Z height and layer number not showing
3. Print progress bar could be a bit lower so it is aligned with the bottom of time remaining box
4. Is there a way to fit the model image as it is cropped

Will look at scaling those for the smaller screen as well. Layer is broken with some slicers, will note as a todo.

[natsgo] i was hoping the Z on this screen was current Z height. But the code shows it is Z-offset.

[ballaswag] i would suggest that Z-height would be a much better value on this progress screen.

To increment @natsgo requests (and possibly the same problem reported on #94): the progress bar remains stuck at 99% and the print panel doesn't dismiss. @ballaswag
