I am trying to plot the output as a Decision Tree. Did you manage to do this somehow? Trying to use the tree.plot_tree() doesn't seem to work here.

No, unfortunaty I haven't been able to resolve the issue.

Sorry, in the current state, the package doesn't support this kind of plotting since it would need a custom plotting logic to handle the partial splits in decision nodes.
