Should run tests on git push.

If there is a new tag and the tests pass then publish to pypi. Same as sterling https://github.com/balanced/sterling/blob/balanced/.travis.yml#L19

@mjallday do we have an official PyPi account? so that I can publish the package with that account. Currently balog is published via my own account

so what's the PyPi credentials for balanced-butler? is that in citadel?
