localized hidden field of a child record not respected #564

Currently facing an issue in TYPO3 12.4.23 and Container 3.1.0.

The hidden field of a child record of my container is not respected by other languages other than the main language.

So inside my containers:

If a child record is enabled on the main language and on the other language, the translation works as expected.
If a child record is disabled on the main language but enabled on the other language, the record is not visible in the other language
If a child record is enabled on the main language but disabled on the other language, the record is still visible

I'm not quite sure if this problem is caused by the extension or some misconfiguration.
