/submissions page does not work

Overview

Upon log in to the app, the page does not load (e.g. check https://boundarysync.internetofwater.app/submissions) Several react dom TypeErrors

Expected Behavior

Logging in to the app should reveal the "Submissions" page relevant to the user

Actual Behavior

Page does not load. Console errors:

@rajadain on tuesday we are having a webinar with potential funders to continue this work and today this error started, meaning we have nothing to demo :(

Its very strange because nothing changed in the code, it hadnt been redeployed since September

A quick look would be much appreciated.

Seems like it's because these four boundaries don't have a submission, which shouldn't happen in the normal course of operation. Were these added in the back-end directly? If not, it could be a bug in our workflow.

The /submissions page seems to be working now. Can this card be closed?
