the dashboard can not be createe by running "iot cloud install" #13

I run “iot cloud install” to init backend， but dashboard web site has not been created in s3 bucket.
the s3 bucket is empty.
I looked into Makefile, dashboard static file should be build in folder sg2ui, but I can’t find sg2ui folder.
