Struct aws_types::region::Region doesn't implement Serialize, Deserialize?

Rusoto, per https://rusoto.github.io/rusoto/src/rusoto_core/region.rs.html, implements Serialize and Deserialize on rusoto_core::Region; are these traits missing from aws_types::region::Region? Because I can't find them.

Could you write a little bit about your use case for this?

(so it's worth noting that even if the aws_types::Region did implement serialize, it still wouldn't be compatible with the way that rusoto::Region implements deserialize)

Please forgive the naive question, but I don't see FromStr in https://docs.rs/aws-types/0.9.0/aws_types/region/struct.Region.html?
