How to send commands to an EC2 Instance from aws_sdk_ec2 generated Instance?

Hi all!

I've been digging around for a while now and can't seem to figure out how to connect to an ec2 instance created through the run_instances method from aws_sdk_ec2::Client. Since I don't see a way to specify ssh keys on instance creation, how can I connect to the newly created instance in order to perform some generic configuration?

For reference and anyone else looking - there is a beautiful crate called aws_sdk_ec2instanceconnect that provides the functionality for exactly this.
