Does this crate have Cloudfront policy signer?

I am currently using rust-s3 (https://github.com/durch/rust-s3) and https://github.com/martin8412/cloudfront-policy-signer for uploading data to s3 and the policy signer to create download URLS.

This crate supports s3 uploads, but can it create presigned urls?
