Cloud Control ListResources API only returning 25 results

We heard back from the service team who noted that MaxResults is not yet supported for this API, which is why it is marked as Reserved currently here: https://docs.aws.amazon.com/cloudcontrolapi/latest/APIReference/API_ListResources.html

I requested that they update their documentation to better reflect this, by changing "Reserved" to something like "Not yet supported."
