tslint is deprecated in favour of eslint.

palantir/tslint#4534

Here is a helpful migration guide https://code.visualstudio.com/api/advanced-topics/tslint-eslint-migration

Migrating will include:

  • Add eslint to dev dependencies
  • Add eslint-typescript-support to dev dependencies
  • Remove tslint from dev dependencies
  • Update package.json>scripts that invoke tslint. Ultimately npm test should use eslint rather than tslint when done.
