Based on CodeStar Connection approach. Still needs validation rules to make sure the right parameters have been provide given the VCS selected.
* Adding validation rules for Code Connections * Switching CodeStar Connection to be Code Connection
Adding in deployment steps where GitHub is being used as the source of the pipeline.
