severely wasted and moderately wasted(height and weight of z-score) are not calculated in the webapp but it is calculated in the mobile app

When we try to calculate the z score for a child enrolled in the child program it is calculated correctly in the mobile app but when we try in the webapp the calculation is not calculated.
Step to reproduce:
1.login to avni webapp
2.register the individual and enroll to child.
3.Do the child followup
4.under the child followup enter the weight as 9.2kg and height as 80cm
Excepted result : z score should should be displayed.
Actual : displayed as normal.
Test Data webapp :
Individual name : Test DIN47
weight : 9.2
height: 80cm
