Current CodeBuild is for EC2, now that we're on ECS I'd like to make use of other features in CodeDeploy such as Blue-Green deployment.

Done looks like

Fix CodeBuild script to use CodeDeploy
Create CodeDeploy stages for Blue-Green deployment
