Are you creating your own cameras.npz file? If so, it needs to contain the six camera matrices ('scale_mat_...', 'scale_mat_inv_...', 'world_mat_...', 'world_mat_inv_...', 'camera_mat_...', and 'camera_mat_inv_...') for every image.
