Add resource to most recently opened Resource Map

Kerry says:

"I’d like to see a way of making LORE understand that when one is working within a single research session that clicking on the icon in the address bar should add that URI to the most recently used resource map. Perhaps it could prompt the user to confirm that this is the case? “Do you want to add this to most recently edited RM?”

The intuitive thing would be that the last one would be used because if another collection was intended the user would go to the trouble of opening up LORE and selecting another RM or starting a new one.
