MJML couldn't build the proper version of PhantomJS.

Issue

Just installed MJML to VSC, every time I open a MJML file I get this error: "MJML couldn't build the proper version of PhantomJS. Restart VSCode in order to try it again."

I see that there was a thread about this mid last-year, however, it says the issues was fixed around v1.4.

Everything I've tested so far about the MJML plugin works (code suggestions, preview, export to HTML, etc) but still every time I open a MJML file the error comes up again.

• Operating system and version: macOS Mojave 10.14.3
