Feature Request/Question: How to add custom components to vscode-mjml?

Expected behavior

Follow custom component tutorial per https://medium.com/mjml-making-responsive-email-easy/tutorial-creating-your-own-component-with-mjml-4-1c0e84e97b36

Load index.mjml

Expect custom components work in vscode with mjml plug-in

FYI. I'm fine if there is a registration step to get this to work. Ideally, it shouldn't be necessary to rebuild and reinstall the plug-in.

Actual behavior

mj-basic-component, mj-image-text and mj-layout all report errors.
