Make API URL configurable #43

Right now, the URL used to access the Slack API is hardcoded. This prevents uses cases for people who are not actually using Slack, but are using something with a Slack-compatible API, such as Mattermost.

Other addons for Slack (ex: Slack notifications for Bitbucket) do allow this URL to be configurable, opening up compatibility with a broader set of systems than just Slack itself. It would be useful if the Atlassian integrations offered the same options for customers who are unable to use cloud products like Slack.

Interesting idea! I didn't realize Mattermost was maintaining a Slack-compatible API. 🤔 Are there any others worth being aware of?
