Add the option to receive slack personal notification for Code Owners. Receiving a slack personal notification for a PR where a user is part of the Code Owners for that specific area of code, because code owner isn't the same as a reviewer for PRs. Option can be implemented as a checkbox alongside the other options in stash account settings. It would improve workflow and response time.

In summary, add the option to personal message on Slack Code Owners alongside reviewers.
