Improved German translations for ERPNext

Improved German translations and adaptions for ERPNext, packed as own module.

Setup

No external modules needed, as this module covers only core ERPNext and Frappe

Install the modul as usual:

bench get-app lingua_de https://github.com/atlas-aero/erpnext_lingua_de

bench --site <site_name> install-app lingua_de
