Script to change the logon screen background?

Hi, I got here from ghacks.net. I have a request for this script if you're taking them?
I used run a program called Logon Background Switcher on Windows 7, but it doesn't work for Win8+ for obvious changes. I wonder if there's a way to change the logon screen background using PS script? If there is, I would love an adaptation of this script for the logon background.
