Mentorship Program Swag Eligibility

As someone involved in the AsyncAPI mentorship initiative, upon finishing the program, you qualify for the AsyncAPI mentorship kit. However, considering our participation in two additional external mentorship programs(GSoC and GSoD), does it make sense for mentees in these programs to also have access to the mentorship kit?

I would like to give my point of view on this:

• I think if someone is participating in one of the aforementioned programs, they should get the mentorship kit ONLY if it's not being provided in GSoD/GSoC and we have the sufficient budget to cover the cost. It also counts as giving back to the community, taking reference from the discussion that Lukasz started earlier (Open Collective funds redistribution with contributors)
• Budget is also limited for the project hence the above point should be taken into consideration.
• One thing we also have to ensure that no one gets the kit twice as this takes away the opportunity for newcomers to participate in the programs and receive the kit.
