Debug Low I/O Speed Causing OLM Installation Issues on Virtual Data Cloud

Goal of the Issue:
The goal of this issue is to troubleshoot and resolve the slow I/O speed on the virtual data cloud, which is causing the OLM installation to fail intermittently on fink-broker CI. The low I/O speed leads to installation restarts, and prevent fink-broker e2e test to run

Describe the Issue
The OLM installation on the virtual data server fails due to slow I/O speeds. The installation process takes longer than expected and intermittently restarts, making it impossible for OLM to be fully installed and functional.

Expected Behaviour
What you expected to happen:
OLM should install without interruption, with stable I/O speeds that allow the installation process to complete smoothly on the virtual data cluod.

Hi @JulienPeloton , I tried to run the CI on VirtualData but ARC does not provides a self-hosted runner for an unknown reason (it is waiting since 30 minutes): https://github.com/astrolabsoftware/fink-broker/actions/runs/11701566078/job/32587935372
