It would be nice to have a bot aggregating the information from discovered variable star in ZTF data with an opportunity to send it to VSX.
Below I list the VSX instruction point to submit information on new variable star. All of these columns must be filled.

Position (J2000.0): [not to use degrees]
Primary name: [use ZTF name]
Other names: [add Fink name (in a form “Fink J…”), use PanSTARRS DR1 name (DR2 name is okay to add), use USNO-B1.0 (it is okay to also add USNO-A2.0)]
Standard variable type: [expert is to choose from the list]
Custom variable and spectral type: [not required]
Maximum and minimum magnitude: [use one number behind the decimal point. Do not use the ">" or "<" symbols, those are only used when we positively know that a star can go brighter at maximum or when the star is invisible at minimum. Always check the PS1 DR1 stacked object data for the quiescent magnitude (column gPSFmag)
https://catalogs.mast.stsci.edu/panstarrs]
Max. and min mag. passband: [use g(Sloan)]
Supporting file: [use magnitudes in case of a light curve]
File title: [“Light curve”]
File description: [“Light curves (ztfg-, ztfr-bands) are obtained using SNAD ZTF Viewer (Malanchev et al., PASP, 2023). VS is found during anomaly detection search by Fink in ZTF alert data [LINK TO OBJECT AT FINK SCIENTIFIC PORTAL]”]
To add two files, one need to save form as draft and then open one more time to add another supporting file
Discoverer: [NAME(AFFILIATION), Zwicky Transient Facility(ZTF)]
Reference name: Möller, A.; Peloton, J.; Ishida, E. E. O.; et al., 2021, FINK, a new generation of broker for the LSST community.
Reference bibcode: 2021MNRAS.501.3272M
Reference link: might remain empty
To add second reference, one need to save form as draft and then open one more time to add another link
Reference name 2: ZTF observations (FINK), online data
Reference link 2: [LINK TO OBJECT AT FINK SCIENTIFIC PORTAL] – there is a problem with “+” in the link
Remarks: [only info about protometry/other features or leave empty during the submission, do not write URLs in remarks]
Revision comment: [Initial submission.]

Hello @anastasiabaluta -- I do not understand your request. In our jargon, a bot in Fink is currently a program that redirects alerts of interest to a particular channel. How this is linked to this form?

@JulienPeloton I think here @anastasiabaluta summarized an instruction on how to send new variable stars to AAVSO VSX. I do not know for a moment, can we do it automatically as in TNS. In any case it would be nice to have it somewhere as a template. We can do a separate page for both TNS AD notification and AAVSO VSX
