Return reports as MyST Markdown and use MyST Markdown CLI to generate formatted reports

MyST Markdown is a flavor of markdown that is specific for scientific and technical research reports. MyST Markdown supports important research report features such as cross referencing, proofs, exercises, and equations. MyST Markdown also allows for the ability to add code fragments as interactive, executable Jupyter Notebook cells. MyST Markdown has the ability to add plugins, which makes it extensible for future ideas. Overall, implementing MyST Markdown would quickly enhance the amount of features that GPT Researcher can provide.

By generating the GPT Researcher reports as MyST Markdown, GPT Researcher would be able to use MyST Markdown's CLI. With the CLI, GPT Researcher would be able to generate the reports as websites, scientific PDFs/LaTeX, or Word documents. This would also help eliminate the amount of LLM/Tavily calls and instantly make the research reports formatted to the styles of top scientific journals.
