The generated annotations have wrong line, file, test name and type properties and miss the details of the failure

There are three tests failing
Your action generates four annotations for that (ignoring the one due to missing name, one for overall status, three for the failures)
But the annotations are somewhat wrong
Line and File are wrong
I doesn't display a test name
The annotations are only warnings
The details of the failure is missing (as shown in the other actions annotations or the HTML report)
As the report generated by the AutoModality/action-xunit-viewer action seems to be fine, I guess it is not a problem of the XML files being wrong.
The XML reports are uploaded as artifacts, so you can have a look at them.
