Add description of 'archivability' of files that use this extension #3

As discussed here:

This extension is relying on the zarr library and specification for storage. This means that files produced with this extension are less well documented (and may contain storage formats) making the files less suitable for an 'archive'.

We should consider how best to communicate this to a user.
