Collations for collections creation

I would like to do case insensitive searches ignoring also any international chars. This MongoDB article describes 3 different alternatives. One of it is setting a default collation strength on a "collation document" as described in the official docs during collection creation. However I don't know how to do this when using odmantic. Could anyone help? Thanks in advance.
