TSDB能否调整为递增序列式。 #290

大部分系统都没有RTC啊，就算有RTC也可能不准，能否调整为递增序列式的顺序结构呢。增加一条自动加一。只需要知道最新条目号和最早条目号就能解决99%应用问题了。实际的项目里有几个是按照真实时间存储的。又有几个用到真实时间的呢？？

可以通过 tsdb contorl FDB_TSDB_CTRL_GET_LAST_TIME 拿到上一次保存计数
