Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

When the src/simmer/init.py version is incremented in version, a version should automatically be released, triggering a PyPI change, triggering a simmer feedstock change. this will remove the incorrectly released versions that have happened before.

Describe the solution you'd like

GitHub workflow, probably.

Additional context

Could I just change one number, like the release, in the init?
