If the filename is changed of a notes txt file while the code is running then it isnt reflected

Team's Response

In the UG's FAQ section it is stated that the program saves any data as it is changed in the program, however it is a bit unclear on how a change outside would affect the program. In that case, the program overrides any changes made outside while the program is running. In essence, when the program is running files are not meant to be changed because it defeats the purpose of running the programme, but we note that this might be a possible user action, while not one that is highly likely. Hence, the UG will be updated to fix this.

Reason for disagreement: a medium flaw is defined as A flaw that causes occasional inconvenience to some users but they can continue to use the product. I think this fits the bill more for the bug above. This is an occasionally inconveniencing bug.
