Describe the bug

Users currently do not have a dedicated page to manage their notification preferences. This feature will introduce a Notifications Preferences Page, allowing users to easily customize their notification settings, enhancing their overall experience on the platform.

@arghadipmanna101 Could you please assign this issue to me, including the implementation and modification of the design to match the official site?

Expected behavior

Implement a dedicated Notifications Preferences Page within user account settings to allow users to manage and customize their notification settings.

Design and Layout:

• Create a new "Notifications Preferences" page.
• Match the design with the official site for a seamless user experience.
