Unpublishing and republishing graph causes respective spatial view attribute table to become jumbled (values in wrong columns) #1353

(Found and tested in 7.5 AfHER)

When unpublishing and republishing a graph, it can cause random rows to become jumbled and in a messy order. As shown in the example below, where the Description ends up in LegacyID and the PRN ends up in Description.

This also seems to prevent the geometry showing in GIS.

The fix is to refresh the spatial view by running "save" again in the Django admin interface.
