Steps to completion (updated):

  • Metadata
  • Diagram (using ARM WG notation)
  • Sample Data
  • Sample Concepts
  • JSON of Arches branch based on diagram in ARM WG github repo
  • Vote in comments to officially approve branch

Class: E36 Visual Item. As per the Image discussion, there's no advantage to the subclasses.
Main relationship: P65 shows visual item, from Man Made Thing.

What is depicted: P138 represents. This is a thing you can point to in the image, such as a Person or Object.
The subject of the content: P129 is about. This is the concept evoked by the image, such as War or Peace.
The style of the content: schema:genre. This is the aesthetic quality of the content, such as impressionist or geometric.

Plus all the common classes of Name, Description, Type, Identifier. Type would be used for other classifications than the ones above.
