For example, if the query is run with startTime=2021-08-01T00:00:00Z&endTime=2021-08-01T00:20:00Z&timeInterval=60

the response Timestamp is 2021-08-01T01:00:00Z but the aggregation timestamp is typically the beginning of the period (2021-08-01T00:00:00Z)
