Missing support for locale en_GB #6229

Locale en_GB is not supported.

Spelling differences that I have noticed are:

  1. Color -> Colour
  2. Canceled -> Cancelled
  3. Canceling -> Cancelling
  4. Gray -> Grey

I modified the existing "cups_en.po" as "cups_en_GB.po".
