Improve the https://github.com/apigee/docker-apigee-drupal-kickstart docker container to make it easy for customers/prospects to get started with Apigee Drupal developer portal.

Objectives:

  1. Quickly setup a local docker instance.
  2. Publish docker container to docker Hub for customers to try out.
  3. Create a template for customers to manage their customizations.
  4. Provide direction to customers to setup their own docker images and deploy to Kubernetes.
  5. Add this as an approach on drupal.org documentation.
  6. Customers should be able to build their own containers to use in Production
