A SQLite extension for evaluate the string metrics based on the "simmetrics" lib
The extension is based on the C port of the Simmetrics project (https://github.com/jokillsya/libsimmetrics) and on the sqlite database (http://www.sqlite.org)
The extension is compilable using mingw 32bit.
