Gradle Appearance option re-use output windows is not working as expected #8075

What happened

When Settings -> Java -> Gradle -> Ouput -> Reuse Output Tabs is selected. The output windows are not _re-used. (this option is working properly for maven projects.)

How to reproduce

  1. Go to Settings -> Java -> Gradle -> Ouput -> tick Reuse Output Tabs.
  2. Create or open a gradle project.
  3. Click build ,and wait until it is finished. (right-click project and use build option )
  4. Click build again. (right-click project or trigger build on output window)
