dubbo接口测试，输入ID值为雪花ID时，会出现精度丢失，造成无法测试

Environment

• Dubbo Admin version: 0.6.0, dubbo3.1.8-3.2.7
• Registry center detail (type and version): nacos 2.1
• Operating System version: linux
• Java version: 1.8u202

Steps to reproduce this issue

1.用于测试的dubbo方法就是根据ID获取数据库数据；接收一个long类型。
2.数据库主键由百度雪花ID生成，1694620889412087810
3.将该值通过dubbo admin 服务测试->测试方式，赋值会再输入框丢失鼠标焦点时由1694620889412087810->1694620889412087800。
4.从而影响测试执行结果。
