Not able to create Uber jar/Fat jar with all modules dependencies

Hi,

I am trying to create a uber jar or fat jar with all modules dependencies. I have tried using maven-shade plugin and also with maven-jar plugin but no luck. Can anyone please help me how to create uber jar includuing all modules dependencies and plugins in this repo.

Can you show what you tried? you should use the archives of the single connector to run on Kafka connect not an fat jar
