Installation and examples

Hi, this looks like a great project! However, would it be possible to add a recommended way of installation and 1 or more examples on common use cases?

Also, MapBox has this encoding/decoding library for C#, although it does not seem to have been maintained for a while. Is the scope of this project similar to that or are they solving different problems? (Only decoding it seems)
