Please add support for the following device:

Device Name: Razer Cynosa V2

Device Website: https://www.razer.com/gaming-keyboards/razer-cynosa-v2/RZ03-03400200-R3U1

"Razer Blackwidow X" or "Logitech - G513" keyboard modes both function well in leu, but there's no RGB on the top-right media keys.
