Not sure when it happened but suspect it was after the i18n work was merged as the error in the console mentions the vendors.js bundle and no new dependencies were added until i18next was added.

I can work on this but I don't currently have a browserstack account to test with IE11. Is there one available to do that?

@jimboweb I have a personal Browserstack account you could use. Another option could be running Windows in a VM locally on your machine. Let me know which you would prefer.
